Wire Transfer/ Pay Pal / Online Transaction will be playable to "Notitia Rock Solution, India". After we receive your acceptance of our proposal, we will start the project promptly.
Notitia Rock Solution will not be liable to the client for any kind of damages including lost of business, lost of profits, lost of savings or any other special damages out of the inability to operate the presentation application.
Regardless of the place of venue, this contract was entered into Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Any additional work not specified in the proposal constitutes the sole agreement between Notitia Rock Solution and Client and its owners.
All text/content and images etc is to be provided by the client. In case client doesn't provide us the images and text/content, client gives is assumed right to use the images/text/content from the internet. Notitia Rock Solution will try to best to use the Royalty Free Images but once the delivery is done, it's client's responsibility that he has checked and agreed to the work provided. In case he finds/feels that there is something that doesn't belongs to him, he will immediately get back to Notitia Rock Solution to get it changes. Once the delivery of the work is done and accepted by client, Notitia Rock doesn't accept the responsibility of any copy right infringement/performance/trademark or any legal liability arising because of any reason. Ideally it is in the best interest of the client that they provide the text/content and images at the time of contract only and ensure that work is done as per the agreement.
The TDS certificate should be provided by client to Notitia Rock Solution at the time of making due payment in case of fee are tax deductible at source.
The Initial advance will not be refundable in an event Client terminates the project during the course of the development of the website/mobile application.
The amount paid will not exceed the amount charged from the client in case of any legal proceeding.
All maintenance packages are for minimum 3 month's period and billed quarterly in advance.
Packages are designed to serve only minor website maintenance tasks, Larger projects or updates are not included in the package.

Hosting cancellation request must be sent by email 1 month prior to the expiry of the same. It can not be cancelled once it has been renewed and must be paid for full year.
Notitia Rock Solution reserve the right to disable the hosting and all associated services including DNS records and emails if the hosting is not paid and renewed before the expiry date. To re-enable hosting additional charges will be applicable. Notitia Rock solution will not be responsible for any loss of emails, backups, files, restoration, data etc.
Once hosting has been disabled/cancelled then all email, files, backups and databases will be deleted from the server without any notification to the client.
Notitia Rock ensures best to our ability that our servers and systems are protected from viruses, intruders, hackers and other offline & online problems, however if such situation arises we will not be held liable for any disruption of services.
Notitia Rock Solution will not be responsible if a domain/domains expires due to late payment/ non-payment of the charges. All payments must be made with 7 days before the expiry date.
Its client's responsibility to renew their domain names with Notitia Rock.
If clients buy domain/domains by self then he will be responsible for renewal of domain/domains.
All domain/domains renewals and registration are to be paid in advance.
Expiration of a domain/domains can result in service disruption and loss of domain/domains.
Notitia Rock has the domains in a common pool account and therefore can not give access to its domain control panel.

For domestic clients monthly maintenance package fees require in advance and for international clients require credit card payment only. and it will be charged to the client's credit card on the 1st day of every month.
For any late payments or declined credit card payment an administrative fee of $19 will be charged to the clients account.
Termination of package in case of more than 3 missed payments in a year and the client will need to pay immediately the entire remaining amount on the package.
Related to monthly maintenance package there are no refunds.
If client wants to cancel annual renewal, please inform us in writing at least 1 month prior to the renewal date.
If client wants to terminate an on-going maintenance package then they will need to pay balance amount of the remaining months.
Notitia Rock reserves the right to terminate annual maintenance at anytime with written notice to the client.
